The angular NOMOS classic is now also available for men: larger, shallower, automatic. Tetra neomatik is now supplementing the new series of self-lifts
Although pointers always describe a circle: some wrists are better for angular watches. For ebendiese, NOMOS Glashütte presents the automatic version of model Tetra, equipped with the next generation factory, DUW 3001 .
The NOMOS Glashütte launched a completely new automatic class with the (soon out of print) first edition. The caliber of these watches measures only 3.2 millimeters in height, is thus flatter than almost everything in the watch world with its own drive ticks and in large series is manufactured.
Using state-of-the-art research and production methods, tolerances could be halved, efficiency and precision increased. Thanks to DUW 3001 , Tetra Neomatics is also elegant, flat and highly precise. With an edge length of 33 millimeters and a modified dial, the classic also appears sportier, more modern - and also more masculine than the previous hand-lift models of the family.
Tetra neomatics are available in two versions: with cyan-blue accents on white silvered leaves the one, with color-coordinated details in green on a deep blue dial the other. Unlike the watches of the 1st edition, the neomatik-lettering on the dials of both models is gold- and not neon-colored.
However, the beautiful and extremely durable black Horween Genuine Shell cordovan bracelet has been re-engineered and equipped with the specially designed NOMOS wing clasp, in itself a jewel. Tetra neomatics and tetra neomatics deep blue are commercially available from spring 2016 onwards.
PS: In Tetra neomatik and Tetra neomatik tiefblau is still a technical innovation of smaller caliber - the DUW regulation system . This system optimized for the DUW 3001 triggers the Triovis regulation and means that the highest speed accuracy can be achieved more easily and quickly.
